ooc: Idea loosely inspired from some of the more recent events from their comic runs. And I do stress 'loosely'.
Eddie sat back in a park bench, nursing a bottle of scotch wrapped in a brown paper bag. Since becoming the King of all symbiotes things have felt...different inside of him. He feels less human, less of the self-deprecating carrier that he was years ago..butting heads with Spider-Man and his vigilante buddies..to them taking down a tyrant alien King. He hummed softly when he felt Venom speak up. "Hating on yourself again?" he questioned.
Eddie rolled his eyes. "Wouldn't be the first time. "he chuckled dryly. "Even having access to every symbiote in existence...I still feel..alone." Venom hummed something in his head. "I can tell." he answered plainly. "Whatever happened to that white hooded fellow you mixed with once..."he now questioned, referring to Marc Specter. Eddie shrugged his shoulders lightly. "You know his stance on Gods..He's want me dead for what I've...We've become."
Meanwhile, down in the cemetery sat Matt Murdock, or really right now he was Daredevil. He sat down in front of one of the graves..the name Frank Castle inscribed over the front. It was his old one from when everyone thought Frank Castle was dead, though he was really out taking his revenge out on the bad guys. The Punisher...his main rival..at least that's how things looked on the outside. Truth is he actually respected Frank..they were two sides of the same coin after all. But now he felt like there was this void in the world..where Frank used to be.
After their last fight, he'd been hearing rumors that Frank Castle was dead and gone this time...but that didn't sound right to him..This was his Frank after all. That man never went down, he was tougher than most normal humans. A tear slipped out from under Matt's mask. "Been hearing that you're dead for real this time Frank.." He chuckled sadly. "Can't be true..What am I going to do if I don't have you nagging me..calling me Red..or alter boy.." He imagined that last bit in Frank's gruff voice. "I miss you Frank...Hel''s Kitchen isn't the same without you.."he mumbled.
